Health imbalances are like looking at the tip of an iceberg, where the largest part of the iceberg remains hidden from view. When a singular cell in our body struggles, the body compensates. Over time, this creates imbalances, deficits, and a more dramatic struggle. By the time we become aware of symptoms, the problem has already been brewing for a while. Additionally, it may be easy to excuse the symptom(s) as getting older, the weather, etc. as opposed to recognizing the underlying cause.
